Safe Kids Douglas Receives Generous Donation from GreyStone Power Foundation in Support of Child Safety

The GreyStone Power Foundation has made a generous donation to the Cobb & Douglas Health Foundation to support initiatives such as home and childhood safety for families that live in Douglas County. The funds are allocated for Safe Kids Douglas County, a program that aims to prevent and reduce accidental injuries to children. Donations from this grant directly support education and safety equipment through Safe Kids Douglas County.
Marcus Carter, GreyStone Power Foundation Chair said, “We have been a long-time partner with Cobb & Douglas Public Health and Safe Kids Douglas County. GreyStone Power shares a common mission of serving Douglas County families and safety is a top priority. We are very proud to help provide children’s safety equipment to our Douglas families in need through our GreyStone Power Foundation.”
“We are very appreciative of GreyStone Power and their Foundation’s ongoing commitment to the Douglas community. Not only do they value safety in all their business practices, they have continued to support Safe Kids over the years by highlighting the program at their member events and by contributing funds to buy car seats and home safety equipment,” said Lisa Crossman, Executive Director of the Cobb & Douglas Health Foundation.
